One sunny morning, King Akbar and Birbal decided to go on a walk through the forest near their kingdom. The birds were singing bright melodies, and the trees swayed gently with the cool breeze. As they strolled along a winding path, Akbar noticed something unusual in the distance.
“Birbal,” said Akbar with curiosity sparkling in his eyes, “what is that shining spot over there?”
Birbal looked closely and replied with a smile, “That, Your Majesty, is a stunning well, and I think it holds a fascinating tale.”
The well was old but magnificent, made of smooth stones that glistened under the sunlight. Around the well, colorful flowers bloomed, and the air smelled fresh and cool. Beside the well, there was a small wooden bucket tied with a thick rope.

Akbar looked at Birbal, imagining how they could save the village. Birbal’s eyes twinkled as he whispered a plan.
Birbal said, “Let us bring some of this wonderful water to the village. But instead of just pouring water here and there, let’s teach the villagers how to use it wisely and care for their lands.”
Akbar nodded happily, and they went to the village with buckets full of the shining water. As they arrived, the villagers gathered around with hope shining on their faces.
Birbal smiled and began, “Dear friends, water is a gift that must be respected. We must use it carefully to make your fields green again.”
He showed them how to water their plants slowly without wasting a drop, and how to make channels so the water could reach every corner of their lands.

One evening, as the sun painted the sky with shades of orange and pink, Akbar sat by the well again with Birbal.
